Order
You have completed your order and will receive your Silent Sleep Training by mail. The box contains a Medical Didgeridoo, as well as all cables and adapters and the serial number you will need in order to log in

Sign up
Log in to our platform and complete the entire onboarding process. It is important that you answer the questions honestly, so that the system can be optimally adjusted to the severity of your sleep apnea.

Prepare
First, the course will introduce you to the Medical Didgeridoo. By simple exercises, in short games, you learn the playing technique step by step. The AI analyzes your game and supports you throughout all the steps. It should take about 3-7 days. If any problems occur, please contact customer support.

Build up
Now your training will begin. In this phase, you have to train 6 times a week for 15 minutes. Success in the training games means that the therapy should also be successful. Every game has the same training effect. Your personal training time was calculated during onboarding.

Strengthen
Now you can reduce your workout to 2x 15 minutes per week for the next 8 weeks, to improve your newly obtained muscle strength. From that point onward, your doctor can confirm if your training is successful.

Maintain
To maintain the success you have achieved through the training, your throat muscles will need at least two 15-minute training sessions each month.
